I’m a speaker, consultant and certified coach that loves helping others discover their natural talents, leveraging those talents to improve their organizations and support strong organizational cultures. My goal is to empower others to tap into their full potential and create a STRONG personal leadership brand.

Over more than 20 years, I served in the United States Air Force, advancing to a senior leadership position. My leadership training and experience has It hasn’t all been easy, but it has helped me learn what I love about serving others and encouraging others to use their strengths and talents at work (and home!). I’ve worked with some amazing leaders that created awesome cultures, and some that did not! I KNOW what it takes to create a strong personal leadership brand that will help you standout and make a difference.

Now my goal is to take my love of teaching, leadership experience and passion for improved organizational culture to equip others with the tools they need to step into their purpose and make a big impact in this world.
